Anna T. Surányi first joined the Zsolnay Manufactory in the 1970s. During her time in Pécs she worked as a form designer, shaping a body of distinctive Zsolnay silhouettes that have outlasted the trends of their time. Surányi thought in series rather than single objects, which is part of why collectors seek her pieces out today.
