Orders pass through stages of ordering before being shipped. If your order is not shipped, you can cancel it by sending us an email on service@zsolnay.hu
However, if it has been shipped, it goes under returns, which means that after delivery, a customer can submit a return request free of charge within 14 days of receiving the parcel. *Products must remain unused and returned in original packaging.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Please keep in mind that our items need to be packaged with care and attention in order to ensure safe arrival. A process which we but great effort and care into can not be rushed.
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed in Hungary and EU will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
All Zsolnay orders are shipped directly from our manufactory in Pécs, Hungary.
Yes, all your shipments are insured for the full value by our courier service.
If your delivery address is outside the EU, additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.
Returns
